About the event

Somatic Voice Meditation: Feel powerful - alive - deeply relaxed

This online meditation takes place live via Zoom and lasts approximately 60 minutes.

This practice is divided into several sections. The body and voice are central. Through movement, shaking, free vocalization, breathing, and conscious expression, everyday tensions are released. Feelings and emotions are given space without analysis. Affirmations work directly through the voice and nervous system. A concluding sound healing meditation leads to deep peace and pure sensation.

Effects: – Escape from stress, constant tension and survival mode – Reconnection to one's own body and inner experience – More grounding, clarity and inspiration – Feeling of vitality, expansiveness and inner strength – Deep relaxation – From a state of inner exhaustion to inner blossoming.

Suitable for people who are very mentally active, stressed or exhausted, feel isolated, or consciously want to take time for themselves. No prior experience necessary.

Conditions: An undisturbed space where movement, shaking, and voice are possible – volume adjustable (i.e., quiet participation is also possible). Comfortable clothing or clothing in which you feel powerful and beautiful. Yoga mat or blanket for the quiet part.
