This active meditation is NEVER the same, but regardless of whether you have too much or too little energy, it meets you exactly where you are!

What you need

A space that is as undisturbed as possible, where movement, shaking and vocalizations are possible (volume adjustable - quieter participation also possible)
Comfortable clothing or clothing that makes you feel powerful and beautiful.
Yoga mat or blanket for the quiet part
Internet - Online. Relaxed. Suitable for everyday use!

No refund is possible after that.

Once the series has started, no refunds for individual dates are possible, as the place is reserved on a binding basis.
Transferring the place to another person is possible after consultation.
